Knowledge Library

The Knowledge Library

Every consultation becomes a durable, searchable asset — not a call someone half-remembers.

Contents

What is stored

  • Transcript

The full text of the consultation, produced where both parties consented to recording. Where they did not, the moderating associate's notes are stored instead.

  • AI-assisted summary

A structured summary against the questions in your brief, reviewed by a human before release, typically within 24 hrs.

  • Metadata

Brief reference, market, sector, expert tier, consultation date and duration, and the questions the consultation was scoped to answer.

  • Compliance record

The conflict declaration, employer consent status, restricted-topic screening outcome and moderator record for that consultation.

Search

How it is searched

  • Full-text search across transcripts and summaries
  • Filter by market, sector, expert tier and date
  • Filter by brief, so a workstream can be read end to end
  • Jump from a summary point to the passage it came from
Access

Who can see it

  • Scoped to your organisation — nothing is shared across clients
  • Role-controlled, so administrators decide who reads what
  • Expert identity restricted to the users engaged on that brief
  • Every access event is logged against the engagement record
Preview

What it looks like

A non-interactive illustration of the client view. The library itself is behind login.

Retention

Retention and export

  • Retention follows your organisation's agreed schedule
  • Export the full record of an engagement at any time
  • Deletion requests are actioned against the agreed schedule

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: retention periods and deletion commitments]
