How does expert matching work?

You submit a brief describing your research question, geography, sector and timeline. Our research team sources candidates — recruiting to your brief rather than retrieving from a static database — and screens each for relevance, conflicts and compliance. You receive a ranked longlist, then a curated shortlist of 3–5 experts.

What does a consultation cost?

Published on our pricing page. Consultations are priced by expert tier, from $325 for 30 minutes to $1,250 for 60 minutes at Principal level. Every consultation includes sourcing, compliance screening, scheduling, recording, transcript and summary. There are no platform fees, credit multipliers or transcript charges.

How long does the process take?

Brief acknowledged within one business day; longlist within 24–48 hours; shortlist within 2–5 business days; consultation typically scheduled within 5–7 business days end to end. Urgent briefs can be expedited — flag this at submission.

Can I request specific experts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have a named individual or a specific profile in mind, include it in your brief. We will attempt to source them, subject to the same compliance screening as any other expert.

Question 6

What if I am not satisfied with the shortlist?

Accepted Answer

Request alternatives at no charge. You are only billed for consultations that take place. There is no fee for sourcing, shortlisting or declining candidates.

Question 7

How are consultations recorded?

Accepted Answer

With the explicit consent of both parties. Recordings are transcribed and an AI-assisted summary is produced, typically within 24 hours. If either party declines recording, the consultation proceeds unrecorded and you receive the associate's notes instead.

Question 8

What happens to my data?

Accepted Answer

Do you have a refund policy?

Can I cancel a consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free more than 24 hours before the scheduled time; 50% within 24 hours; 100% for a no-show. The same terms apply to expert-side cancellations, in your favour.
